The Breeze: Discover Lakefront Dining in Gilford, NH

I will visit them again when visiting New Hampshire, food was delicious, atmosphere was Family Friendly. Spinach dip, haddock sandwich, steak and Pasta Alfredo with lobster were awesome.

I was there for dinner and drinks with my friend and had a wonderful meal and enjoying to views! I would go back everyday if it were closer. I do recommend that if you are traveling to or through Gilford, New Hampshire to put it at the top of your itinerary.

Just stopped in for a late lunch. So many things to choose from so we just did apps. The tuna wontons and the fried oysters were over the top great. Sat on their deck over looking the lake, couldn't get any better. Kudos to our waiter, Justin. Even at a young age, he seemed like a seasoned veteran

Stopped in for some lunch here. Fun atmosphere. The front of the bar has roll up garage style doors for when the weather is nice. We had fish sandwich, two of the flatbreads, Margherita and Duck confit, Kale dumplings, and clam chowder. All were good. The fish was huge and cooked perfectly, the chowder was thick and flavorful, the duck confit flatbread was crisp on the bottom and loaded with meat, but the Margherita flatbread was very wet and not cooked enough for the crust to support it, it was tasty though. Sorry I forgot to photo the food!!!

The Breeze Restaurant on Lake Winnipesaukee in at 25 Dick Rd, in Gilford, NH is wonderful! I’ve been there 4-5 times now and really like it! The service is great, the location on the Big Lake is wonderful and the food is excellent! I’ve ordered lots of dishes over my visits, only thought to take pics of this last visit, Oopsie! Standouts for me were the fresh fish, the duck! Loved it! The chowders are awesome. Pretty much everything we’ve had has been great! This last time the steak tip plate was a little dry in that there were no sauces or juices on the plate. The tips were tasty and cooked well. Just the plate itself was dry dry. We had to ask for some butter for the potatoes and vege. But the flavors were nice. We love the Hawaiian touch to the menu and appreciate being around foods with which we are familiar. Parking can be tricky and it can get busy, so get there early and you won’t be sorry! The drinks that I’ve had at the bar were very tasty as well FYI.

Great place. Nice indoor ambiance. Good drink and food menu. We each got mixed drinks, both were made well. Spinach salad with salmon. Thai Chili Salmon. Salmon was perfectly done. Crisp outside and moist tender inside in each dish. Clam chowder was sweet, not gritty and full of clams and potatoes. A great dining experience. Wish it wasn’t raining so we couldn’t seen the water.

extremely delicious dinner with my family and friend. everybody enjoyed their meal so much. this was recommended to us by my dads friend and the atmosphere was beautiful, everyone was nice, and the food was just perfect. will be returning!

Food was delicious. Staff was was very nice and friendly. Only thing I didn't like was our seat, we were right as you come in everyone that came in had go right by us if they had to wait they were looking right at us. The wait staff serving the patio had to go around us to get there and back. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and as I have said the meal was fantastic.
